Vapamore accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date on unused unopened items with original inner and outer packing only. Items returned used, abused, opened, unpacked, not in original packing, or missing parts will rejected and deemed non returnable. All returns must have a vapamore supplied RA number clearly visible on the outer packing and inner packing. Email sales@vapamore.com to receive an RA number upon authorization of the return. Vapamore is not responsible for any shipping fees to our from our facility. Vapamore does not refund any shipping fees involved in the sale or return of the item.
