I had purchased a Vapamore Primo Steam cleaner; it is the most powerful and awesome machine!! When I received my machine I went right to town dealing with these bed bugs. Unfortunately I was so busy (and distraught of having bed bugs) that I forgot to do the warranty. Is there any way you can still honor the warranty? It would mean so much to me.
